60-minute In Person Training

1-on-1

The programming is an ongoing foundational strength and movement program created by me. You will receive bespoke coaching in your sessions, including movement modifications as needed.

Pricing is –

$120 per session

Small Group

Create a team of your favorite 2-5 people.

If you don’t have a group, reach out and I’ll try and find one for you.

The programming is a general strength and movement program created by me. You will receive bespoke coaching in your sessions, including movement modifications as needed.

Pricing is –

2 people = $90 per person

3 people = $70 per person

4 people = $55 per person

5 people = $45 per person

Performance

The performance track is for those of you that want to deep dive into improving your physical life.

You will receive the highest level of coaching in your sessions. Your programming will be bespoke to your goals. We will work on nutrition, sleep, total daily movement, and breathing.

We will start out with a meeting to go over your goals and see if this is indeed the track you should be on.

Pricing is based on scope of practice. A minimum of 2 coaching sessions per week, with weekly checkins, and daily programming.

Minimum is $1200 per month.

About Pricing

I have tried to make pricing consistent and simple. There are no discounts. The price is what it is for each session. You pay as you go.

In the 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment, you may not reschedule or cancel your appointment without losing out on that session cost.

If you cancel or reschedule during that 24 hour time period, I will send you a home or gym workout and a short video covering how to approach it. 

I understand life happens, but your appointment has blocked that time from being booked by other clients. I used to have a generous policy and it was quite heavily abused.
